It is the mission of the Four-Legged Fashion Fund to provide financial support to local animal rescue organizations that might not have access to Foundation grants or state and national funding.
The Fashion Group International of Dallas' Four-Legged Fashion Event will award at least one or more grants to a North Texas non-profit animal agency that focuses on one or more of the following animal protection programs: Animal Rescue/Care, Animal Adoption, Education and Reduction of Animal Overpopulation.
All applicants that meet our criteria will be considered, but those chosen to receive support will be limited by funds available and how closely the project or group conforms to fulfilling the mission of the Fashion Group International of Dallas' Four-Legged Fashion Event guidelines. Grant recipients and funds available are approved by the Board of Directors of The Fashion Group International.

Dates of application: begins December 1, 2009 and runs through February 28, 2010.
Annoucements of Grant winners comes mid-March, 2010.
Distribution of Grant monies will occur on August 1, 2010.
